I see your point, and I tend to agree. I would love it if they changed Bangalore's ultimate. I think instead of a delay with the missiles in the ground, they should just blow up immediately. Her double time should also last a bit longer. As for the smoke, 3 charges seems reasonable, but every character should have a counter or a few counters. Scan legends are those counters, so maybe keep that part the same. As for digital threat, just make it a much more rare drop. Easy fix to make Bangalore good again.
