So what did the Email say? As far as I know, you always get a mail from EA customer experience who explains the reasons for the ban. I was banned once. I got banned for 24 h for saying the C-word on my main so I started to play on my smurf in Bronze4 again and averaged 8 kills per match, 1800 average damage just for one day before switching back to my main. Three days after, I got an email that I was banned for cheating. I wrote an appeal and about 2 month after, they unbanned me with no reason/explanation given for why I was banned nor why I was unbanned .

@Balladalidila No email I checked spam and everything else but no email. Maybe cause i play through steam. Checked ban history and its empty aswell. It’s ridiculous. Im willing to let them scan my whole computer for programs honestly if thats what they want. I have over 30 games installed. First time this has happened. Not even valorant thats constantly running has banned me.
