@Spooging231 out of the 3 daily's being a character you haven't unlocked yet still seems fair. (Characters that can be unlocked for free with not a lot of time investment via Legend Tokens.) More than 1 though, and I agree, it feels like extortion, or like punishing paying customers for being on a new account.
However, on the note of Gibraltar, maybe they need more data on that character to tweak him to be picked more often. They already gave him a 10% (incoming) damage decrease, maybe they are considering other tweaks. I'd give them the benefit of the doubt there. The game still presents as a WIP.
