Beaten to loot EVERY time

@HappyHourSumwurHeya, dropping in apex is nothing like pubg or cod or any other game for that matter. Using specific numbers to drop at will not give any benefits to be honest. Some of these guide videos could not be more wrong. As an example someone drops out at the numbers you mention. Then I drop out seconds later and still beat you to the drop. Once you get the drop angles down and when to do it then you will be landing before others for a chance at the gun.

Also some do not know you do not have to spam your loot key. You can simply hold down your loot key and just look at the items and it will pick them up. Another tip is when landing at all costs try to go into a slide animation. This will stop the gravity hit and the slow down from landing and allow you to loot quicker than some others.

I assume by 150 you are talking meters to landing position. This is entirely too late. As someone that has been playing since launch, the community consensus is 300-400 meters as you approach the target drop point. Not sure where you got 150 meters.

@HappyHourSumwurAssuming you are a controller player like myself, then it is due to input delay... Mouse and Keyboard players have no input delay so I can literally land at the supply bin, open it, click x and my teammate can still swoosh by and swipe it first due to them not having an input delay... I swear I have just said screw it and instantly left when a teammate swooped in and swiped all my stuff like I once had a loba crouch slide just to swipe every weapon in front of me... then instantly died and proceeded to spam ping like SORRY your the one who just swiped everything and left me with some fists (I didn’t literally say that but thats how I felt)
