Belgium Shop Struggles

Hi EA Team,

I’ve been playing Apex Legends since Season 8. As a Belgian player, I understand that Apex Packs are unavailable here due to our national gambling regulations, which fully ban paid loot boxes.
Despite that limitation, earlier seasons still allowed us to acquire almost every cosmetic item through alternative, non-random methods, such as:

Crafting Materials
Apex Coins (direct purchases)
Special event stores with direct item buys
Collection Events where we could craft/buy the individual items

However, in more recent seasons—especially around Season 27—many of the new and most desirable cosmetics are exclusively obtainable through random systems such as:

Collection Event loot boxes
Limited-Time Event packs
Themed pack-only items
Store rotations tied to pack bundles

Because Belgium blocks loot boxes entirely, and because many cosmetics now have no alternative non-random acquisition path, players in Belgium cannot obtain them at all—no crafting, no direct purchase, no bundle without RNG.

This means we are currently locked out of a large part of the cosmetic content, despite being long-time, loyal players who are ready to spend money when possible within the legal limitations.

I kindly ask that EA and Respawn consider providing pack-free alternatives for Belgian players, such as:

Direct purchase with Apex Coins
Crafting Material unlocks
Special Belgian versions of Collection Events without loot boxes
Store bundles without RNG mechanics

We want to enjoy the full game experience and show off the same skins as the rest of the community, within the framework of our local laws.
