Better kill leader and ring closing UI animations

@YoTeaTV I see no issues at all with these prompts I don't mind them and in my opinion they are not in the way at all. Though I do see myself capable on focusing my attention on what is important in the moment and do find myself often missing the announcement of ring close and being kill leader only to be a surprise to me when suddenly we are about to extend a fight into the ring or I see the kill leader symbol way up high in the right corner when looking at the current state of alive players and squads.
