Bloodhound abilities

It seems to me that the basic Bloodhound skill is weaker than its passive ability and only reveals our position, without compensating us that other players around see when we use it.
the special ability of this class is too strong and there are no disadvantages. Not only does Bloodhound move very fast, it still has a legal wallhack.
It's much too much looking at the abilities of the other characters.
