bloodhound arthur banner grab

Here me out. Bloodhound should be able to send Arthur to grab banners. Ping the banner and off he goes automatically.

@Loganhawks But... isn't Arthur... dead? You know, killed by that giant beast? smashed against a tree? Sent into the ocean on a burning boat? Unless you mean his ashes suddenly and magically grabbing the banner...
