Bloodhound buff ever happening?

@WeeksawsCompare seaon 0 Bloodhound to now. All of his abilities have received bluffs. His ultimate movement is faster. His scan is much more useful and shows multiple enemies for a short moment instead of that stupid ghost image. He can still follow anyone that tries to escape.  Best part of playing him! Also his FoV frame drop issue was fixed.
I still play him as my 2nd or 3rd choice. He seems to be at a good spot.
But I also agree the lack of timestamp on his clues can be annoying. BUT, I think it may of caused server issues and they silently remove it when more than x amount of bloodhounds are in a lobby.
