Bloodhound buff

Let’s talk about her. I think she’s a good legend, but not that good, not even strong compared to other legends... *coff coff* gibraltar.... So what if we buff her a bit, adding something useful for our favorite hunter? So here my idea : “Hunter and Hunted” new feature to add to his passive; everytime Bloodhound marks an enemy, that enemy will take 10% damage more from BH. Also, her Tactical have to marks enemies for more time, I think 1 second or 1.5 seconds will be enough... Please let me know what do you think, and if you agree, help me get noticed by EA’s stuff.

    @Forgotten_Frank1 I am a bit confused here. When you say "marks" an enemy, do you mean by scanning them with the Tact? or by pinging their footsteps?

    If you mean by pinging their footsteps, keep in mind, all that passive does is let you know how long ago an enemy was in x area. It does not let you know who it was, so it would be confusing not knowing who you'd deal 10% more damage too giving you a 1/3 chance to do so.

    If you meant by marking them with the Tact, that sounds a bit more reasonable, however, it would make her Tact pretty much above all else if it was to deal 10% more to scanned targets.

    I do like the idea of it scanning for a second more or even half a second to track targets for a bit longer.

    I believe where the buff is needed is by being able to scan footsteps or clues you find and than seeing where those foot steps/clues lead. or allow them to be more visible from a distance once scanned.

    My bad, when i say “mark” i mean scan enemies with the Tactical ability, but also with her Ultimate.

    Another way they could make her tactical slightly better without it becoming OP would be for her to get the red footstep vision from her ult, but only for the same duration as the tactical scan AFTER the tactical ends and only on targets successfully marked, so she doesn't get full vis on an enemy for the full duration, but a short after-period where there's the footstep graphics for a brief period of time.
