It's not that op, many people here would say it need an upgrade.. He is the only champ without defensive abilities.. Every one have something so if they mess up they can try to protect themselves or run away, Bloodhound have nothing.. If he engage and find himself in a bad position, most of the time it's already too late to run away.. There is nothing op in his ult except starting animation and ofc ability to see everyone and everything.. But no one fear of his ult that much as they fear from Bang or Gib ult..
People just use it for speed or to see people through smoke or long range.
Bloodhounds ult is actually pretty bad. They screwed up the FOV so now your aim is thrown off every time you use it. His Q is pretty bad. Combined with a large hitbox making him a pretty bad legend
- Bloodhound is such a good legend when people first learnt about the game ( lolz during first week, ppl think of him as a damage dealer/assassin kind of legend, and Lifeline is a support legend)
As of now, people alr realized how bad he is designed.
2 words describe everything about him: Vision distraction. - Yeah his asthma breathing and glow alert any enemy of his presence. It is essentially useful for sniping, using it on balloon to locate teams, and as a strafe boost in fights. It is hilarious to me that the "hunter" in the game pops his ultimate and becomes the easiest legend to sneak up on and kill due to his loud breathing masking your footsteps.
- They need to make his ult activate quicker, make his Q to not make it so enemies know you're near(which is beyond dumb to begin with, and the fact that you can hear an enemy bloodhound ulting is just bad
