Bloodhounds ult is actually pretty bad. They screwed up the FOV so now your aim is thrown off every time you use it. His Q is pretty bad. Combined with a large hitbox making him a pretty bad legend
Bloodhound is such a good legend when people first learnt about the game ( lolz during first week, ppl think of him as a damage dealer/assassin kind of legend, and Lifeline is a support legend)
As of now, people alr realized how bad he is designed.

- Yeah his asthma breathing and glow alert any enemy of his presence. It is essentially useful for sniping, using it on balloon to locate teams, and as a strafe boost in fights. It is hilarious to me that the "hunter" in the game pops his ultimate and becomes the easiest legend to sneak up on and kill due to his loud breathing masking your footsteps.
