Broken Promises & Refunds (a message to apex devs)

Dear Apex devs,

with the recent leaks that reveal you will be reusing models from previous battle passes(BP), and just slapping on a different color, I'm now requesting/persuing a full refund for every battle pass (BP) I've spent money on.

One of the major selling points for the Apex BP has been stated on many occasions, that BP rewards are exclusive to their seasons and will not come back again.

Since you are choosing to recolor original battle pass MODELS, you are breaking your own rules by taking the exact same models that are unobtainable outside of their battle passes and adding a new color scheme.

For those that say "it's just a recolor and not the same skin," you are wrong. The model is part of the skin and as I said before the models being used are unique to their seasons and unobtainable outside of their seasons.

I would like to hear from a dev or support team member to address this issue.

Note: I will not respond to those that ignore everything I've said, or post personal attacks/troll comments.

@Psn388 Yes but you get exactly what you pay for. You are allowed to view all battle pass rewards without even purchasing it. Therefore you knew exactly what you was buying. You chose to buy it knowing what skins was in it.

They are simple cosmetics nothing more they offer nothing to you other then a skin you will never see unless 3rd peson mode is brought back. Most buy these passes well the more smarter thinking players buy it for the coins and the apex packs at a chance of a heirloom. I def do not buy it for any other reason at all. I want the coins and packs.

Lets not forget buying 1 battle pass buys all battle passes. Its on the user if they wish to keep coins for next pass or to spend them on packs. So in theory for some players all battle passes to date have cost a total of 10 bucks.

@Psn388 Answer my question about the food example. You get food but it looks nothing like its advertising picture. This is false advertising yet im willing bet you eat the food anyways. Same logic can be applied with your skin concern.

@E9ine_AC The selling point of the BP was & is that items will not return. Since they've chosen to reuse BP models that are unique to their seasons and unobtainable outside of their seasons, they've used false advertising, and am entitled to a refund for the false promise of BP items not returning.
