Buff Ideas for Wattson, Loba, Fuse and Rampart

Wattson: I completely agree
Loba: As a main myself I could see that very useful and also to be able to pick up banners
Fuse: The Motherlode is fine it's not really for damage but its mainly to hold a team in a spot unless they can get out of it.
Rampart: She is not a hold down a building and prevent people from coming defender she's more of a mid fight defender. Being able to not jump through her walls would be way to OP especially if she puts it on doors or pathways.
