Buff P2020 and remove R45
Increase the damage from 18 to 22. The R45 is just a worse version of the CAR and R99.

@Cocodriloiloilo I'd prefer RE-45 to P2020. I like having a full auto pistol as apposed to a "pull trigger as fast as u can" pistol.
The p2020 needs a buff, it was needed before with the hammerpoint in the loot pool, is more needed now that is out.
