Bundle refund-apex legends
Xbox - Apex legends on the account [edit: email address removed] I bout the Valkyrie launch bundle, after I got the character and it took 3000 apex coins and gave me nothing. Then I restarted the game and it didn't register that I bought it the first time, but I still was missing 3000 apex coins. Then I decided to by the bundle again for a smaller price because I got the legend from using legend tokens then I got the stuff, but still was missing 3000 apex coins. To my conclusion I was just wondering if I could get the 3000 coins back please and thank you.

Please do not provide personal information like your email address on the forums, as these posts are publicly visible for all to see.
This is not something we're able to assist with on the forums, but if you reach out to an advisor they can take a look at the order for you.
Do keep in mind that we're currently investigating an issue where certain purchases are delayed and not appearing, so that may be affecting yours as well.
