Especially now with the faster TTK, it feels very sluggish to turn around fast enough to avoid being killed.
Plus it will also help with other movement techniques.
Other games have much faster turning speed (extra yaw/pitch) as per graph below:
Personally, I hope they bring back the old TTK and balance EVERY group of characters.
This TTK now looks nothing like Apex. Games end much faster, after a minute or two sometimes half of the lobby is gone. It shouldn't be like this. Getting 20 kills and 4000 damage badges at this point is almost impossible without playing in "revival" mode.
