Vantage rework

As Vantage’s #1 fan since her Season 14 release—over 300k kills and still grinding—I believe she has so much untapped potential. Unfortunately, her kit currently feels underwhelming compared to the ever-evolving meta. Here are some key suggestions to elevate her gameplay experience:
1. Integration of Base Abilities: I firmly believe all her perks should be incorporated into her base abilities. This change would enhance her overall effectiveness and make her more viable in various situations.
2. Shooting Mid-Flight: Allow players to shoot while mid-flight to Echo and during landing. Additionally, implementing the ability to tap strafe while flying would fully leverage Vantage's movement capabilities, making her an agile threat on the battlefield.
3. Tactical Cooldown Adjustments: Reducing the cooldown of her tactical ability and decreasing the spin-up time would significantly enhance her fluidity in combat. This adjustment would allow her to remain competitive and dynamic during engagements.
4. Fortified Passive: A Fortified passive that provides a 10% damage reduction would greatly improve her survivability. Given her hitbox size, she often finds herself taking heavy damage when using Echo or engaging in close-range fights. The recent hitbox adjustments in Season 25 were minimal—please consider a more impactful change.
5. Premium Skins: Vantage deserves more premium skins that reflect her uniqueness and style. The current options are lackluster, with only a couple of standout choices.
