Can we get a rev buff

@captinnotes Revenant doesn't need more damage to the tactical , especially when he has two to throw at any given moment, and he certainly doesn't need two ultimates. That would be insanely broken. He's better off running slightly faster the more he silences, up to like 3-5 players, going back to normal speed when they all die or are no longer silenced. He could possibly gain temporary access to the tactical of the last one he had silenced. It be funny to see him phase. (It would be a one use tactical as well).
