I see where you're coming from but that would kinda ruin the need for new seasons as you could just keep on buying the old season's battlepass and basically have unlimited time to complete the battlepass.

@DirkdonderI'm not saying that we should have unlimited time to complete the battlepass. I'm saying if we completed it in the correct time frame then we should be able to have the option to purchase it down the line.
I completely agree though, we should not have unlimited time to complete the pass, nor should we be able to go back and work on challenges for previous passes.
This will take away the exclusiveness of each BP item and doesn't make you feel proud or grateful you unlocked it.
Developers want to make their players excited when they unlock an Heirloom, Legendary, Battle Pass etc. Which is why I doubt this will ever occur. Good suggestion though.
