can we lean more to the previous ranked system rp>lp

I'm playing and I really do enjoy apex. I've even gotten some of my friends to start playing as of a couple years ago but were looking at it and were honestly kind of disappointed in the way the progression for ranked has ended up. the fact that the game is practically pushing you to rat an entire game so you can progress kind of sucks like i want to be able to challenge myself to fight the other squads and see how many squad wipes i can get but if i wipe a squad I'll get +4 lp but if i sit around avoid everyone and not take any chance at least tell 8 squads remain then i get +10 and so on it really doesn't interest me to play that way i find myself getting bored after a couple of games. also, the teams is kind of wack too it used to function a lot better. I'll get top 3 like 5 times in a row but one 15+ and I'm stuck with teammates that can't even fight one person on their own or even help fight a squad like the last 3 matches i killed 2 of the 3 people in the other squads and still had to assist them with the last one. and it would continue that way the rest of the night intel I say screw my teammates and rat for 3 matches in a row just so I can get some better teammates it kind of wack. 

so please bring back the old or find a way to make ranked work like the game was meant to be played.
