Can you do something with AI image recognition cheater?

Are you referring to cheats that make use of AI to achieve things like Aimbot?

Or are you talking about players using AI to farm levels, pretty much doing nothing in-game?

Of the former, there aren't that many cheaters as far I'm aware.

Something like such would be hard to achieve for this specific game for certain reasons and it would require tons of training, meaning something like that would be quite uncommon.

As for the latter, these kind of bots are usually actioned, though the usual strategy applied in other games is to wait a bit before banning them.

That way these bots will be banned before they can be sold as leveled accounts, discouraging those that use AI/Bot scripts by wasting their time and resources. 

Overall, cheating is always going to be an issue, as F2P games are pretty much destined to have a lot of cheaters.

Players can simply make new accounts once they get banned, so banning players won't always do anything.

It's a challenge that the security team is always working on and improving on, though sadly enough these results can be experienced very differently per player... one might never encounter a cheater, whilst others encounter them on a daily basis.
