Can you introduce a penalty for leaving game before squad elimination?

Can you introduce a report system or even just simply an instant penalty for leaving game before squad elimination? It could be as simple as 5 minutes wait time before their next game, increasing on...

I mean, they're already getting reduced xp leaving the game. They pretty much penalize themselves.
