Can't enter Duos and Trios

I play battle royal games for a while now. I started to love it. But there is a problem. I just stated Apex Legends. The game does not want me to enter any duos or trios matches, even if I have team mate with me. We sat there for about an hour  each time. Apparently it is capped by level 6 - 7. That wrong in at level 6 now and can't enter even now.

AL I am playing is Arena. Unfortunately it doesn't count to my favor. There reason for that I need 50 matches before I can do a Z League tournament in Apex legends, but I can't even get in for one match. 

Please can you fix that or make it known on what level the duos and trios are capped plwase. I didn't get Apex Legends to play with 10 year old children. I got it to compete against good players.
