I’m literally having the same problems
My points aren't counting either. When we lost our data, I had more than 9800 points, (I was at 9800 on March 31st, and did some challenges on April 1st, before the account wipe bug).
Its understandable that I was set back to 9800 points, however when we got our accounts back on the 2nd, (around 7 AM CST), I did every challenge besides the lockout, and it didn't count. I did every challenge yesterday besides lockout and win, and those also didn't count.
They started counting today though. I know this because the "earn 10,000 event points" badge wasn't unlocking. It was sitting at 9800/10,000 until now.- XHelperZ2 years agoHero+
Not sure if this is related, but there is an issue being tracked by Respawn where progress isn't being tracked for the Shadow Society event.

Might be related to the recent account fiasco.
@XHelperZ Any updates on incorrect ranks? It says I'm Gold I on PC, and I just jumped into a ranked match to see if it would correct itself. I will know shortly, still have 13 other teams left.
Edited: Got out of a match, it says I'm Gold I and I had earned 32 points.
Normally this would be ok, but our ranks are suppose to be reset for the second split, so I should be in Rookie IV, not Gold I. The game also isn't telling me there was a split anymore.

Edited 4: I think I know why this had happened. My account was one of the many that got bugged and when they fixed it, they restored it to before the split had happened, giving me back my rank. Since I'm suppose to be reset, I want to be reset, and I should be anyways.- XHelperZ2 years agoHero+

Some of the tracker sites might indicate weird/different ranks, these pull data via unofficial methods, so these aren't always precise, so I wouldn't really trust them when it comes to these kind of issues.
Your rank should be reset once they go through with the split, no ETA known as far I'm aware.
Would recommend to keep an eye out for any updates from Respawn's official channels.

Just got back on and it looks like the missing points I've earned were finally awarded.
