Care Package Weapon Distribution

Spitfire: This actually feels weak in the CP. Don't get me wrong, it was absolutely overpowered and had too big of a mag in S9 and S8. But it does not feel like an effective CP weapon when you consider the addition of the Rampage. Revved up Rampage (maybe without the door-breaking) could have easily been in the CP and spitfire could have received a damage or mag nerf that made it less oppressive. 

Triple Take: Care package triple take is super mixed. It's obviously a strong weapon, but I never found it to be OP on the ground. It was annoying in S8, but not game-breaking by any means. It feels like it pales in comparison to the Krab in the care package and it doesn't match up to the disruptor rounds or the Kraber at all. It's a whole class below. 

Alternator: This was wack tbh. It would have made a ton of sense to put S9 EVA-8 in the care package, especially since ground loot is currently over polluted with shotguns at the moment. Yeah this is strong, but I don't think ANYONE was asking for disruptor rounds to come back. 

Devotion: Care package devotion was insane and I think it could make a comeback. Especially considering how powerful the L-STAR is with the new attachment options, I think it could be great to put some more oppressive weapons in the CP. 

Bow: Not much wrong with this being on the ground in its current state, but I think it would be cool to have more CP weapons in general. Getting the vanilla bow which was pretty terrifying into the care package could be great, and its one downside would be that it has a fixed moderate amount of arrows.
