Catalyst's Ferrofluid Buff: Absorbing and Recycling Grenades

Catalyst is a great defensive Legend, but her tactical (Piercing Spikes / Ferrofluid) could have more interaction with throwables and other defensive utilities to increase her tactical depth.Interaction with Defensive Utilities (Caustic & Wattson): Expanding on her ferrofluid mechanics, Catalyst's tactical puddle should also interact with floor-based tactical items from other Controller legends—specifically Caustic's Nox Gas Traps and Wattson's Perimeter Security electric fences.Just like her ferrofluid reinforces doors to make them harder to breach, or slows and damages enemies walking over it, coming into contact with Catalyst's ferrofluid should jam, disable, or significantly slow down the deployment and activation of enemy or even neutral Caustic canisters and Wattson fences. The Logic: Ferrofluid is a conductive, viscous, and reactive substance. Logically, if it can slow down legends and reinforce structures, it should disrupt the mechanical or electrical foundation of ground-placed traps like gas canisters and electric nodes. This would give defensive players a unique counter-play and synergy mechanism against grenade spam and overlapping defensive setups, making Catalyst much more dynamic, logical, and rewarding to play!
