Caustic buff ideas

    @DrWizardoI’m perfectly fine with punching to move it, but properly traping requires skill, contrary to many opinions. Enemies can go into a corner to avoid it, so you have to have grenades, have a line of sight. If you have light of sight, they do too, and can kill you. Also you have to wait for the perfect moment to place the trap, and you have to place it exactly correctly. I am against damaging them, but I am good with punching them to move them.

@DrWizardoI think if rampart has covers made of electricity, or who knows what, caustic’s traps are at least Kevlar. I feel like enemy caustic’s should still be slowed in the gas, but retain immunity. Also what’s with the not being able to put traps on yourself teammates or enemies, they could always still shoot you while you are in the trap. Also did anyone notice that traps are no longer stackable, making it imposible to block zip lines. (This is also why I suggested full s10 revert, because they did so many nerfs, and the non stackable one, THAT THEY DIDNT EVEN MENTION IN ANY PATCH NOTES.) the non stackable one isn’t even a bug, it seems very purposeful in game.

@BigMacAttack8u Depending on if he wanted them to be sturdy or not, I'm sure Caustic could create them that way within universe lore regardless.
I haven't tried stacking the barrels, I usually just place 1 at a time or build a little improvised wall if I need some cover. It might have something to do with what surfaces the traps accept as a base tho'. Like Gibby's shield or Newcastles drone shield.

Can you place a trap on an enemy trap?


As to what I posted before, something like shooting the ribbons/belts/straps what ever you call it instead of just the bottom part, varied on each trap as a weak point. 

Also, as someone else posted, QoL coloring would be nice.
