Caustic Gas Traps Are Useless

As the title says, the Gas Traps for Caustic are absolutely useless now that people are just shooting the bottom which removes them without releasing the gas. This makes Caustic have even less presence on the map. Please change the traps to detonate no matter where it is being shot and don't just have them despawn because they were shot at a certain spot on them. I was maining caustic until I realized that this was a feature and now it's actually impossible to play him.

    Honestly, I think one of the main things they should do is make it so ally caustic traps don't effect you. I've been killed so many times because of this. I don't know if they do any damage to me specifically, but I know it slows me down dramatically to the point I'm a sitting duck.

    The gas is ineffective overall. Either dmg is too low or it should "poison" enemy when they actually walk into it just like Thermite sticks to affected characters.
    Gas Barrels should actually be smaller so it's harder to destroy / spot them, he's a trapper after all.

    And Nox Grenade should tick twice as much dmg as a barrels or slow and disturb the vision more - or at least CD should be shorter since currently it's underwhelming.

    I'd agree with the CD reduction on his ult, considering most other legends in the game get their ults pretty quick (aside from lifeline). I mean I can, as bloodhound, go from one fight to the next using my ult in almost every engagement without using an accelerator once.

    I don't see why a caustic shouldn't be able to do the same thing with how underwhelming it is. Especially since it's a glorified Bangalore tactical that slows.

    I like the idea of it poisoning someone, since it makes a lot of sense. As for the size of them, I think they could be shrunk a little, if only because you'd actually be able to place them in more strategic locations. Since I often find I'm not even able to place them beside door ways because they're too big.
