Tbf I do play pushy as well with my ult or atleast did before the nerf. No one's afraid of caustic anymore so I just die every time I choose him now. Pubs I'd play campy or pushy depending on my teammates and ranked I'd be campy usually bc I was the only one left alive or bc my team was ok with me running things and just was there to catch some placement rp. I definitely agree with the octane statement, it does apply to more than just him but, he really is one of the best examples of an all rounder in apex. I mean he's even a viable strat in ranked this season and in pred lobbies no less. Caustic getting nerfed wasn't really a warranted thing just like the previously revoked buff wasn't warranted for him either. He was fine the way he was and now he's just a useless bullet sponge that no one fears anymore. Hopefully they fix him by revoking the nerf or find a middle ground fix very soon.
