Hence my suggestion would be able for it to be toggled just like gilbratrar gun shield
- @FaIIenAngeI777 I think what the OP means is that allies are shooting the base, which then 'kills' the trap without setting it off. I know I've probably done it more than once when I have a caustic on my team and we're fighting a team with a caustic. I never can tell if the trap down the hall is safe or not, so I 'kill' them with base shots if I'm not certain.
