Cenote Cave POI

This area of Storm Point needs a rework. 

Maybe this area can be some sort of legend town takeover. Overall, it's a boring POI and the zone rarely pulls here. Most players prefer not to drop here even though it has high-tier loot.

Personally, I've drop here a lot in Ranked since most teams avoid it. It's a good starting point, but that's it.
