Change voice Language

Hello

Can you please add the option to change voice and text language separately? I use steam configurations in order to swap to a different languages but it changes both voice and text, usually I change from english to spanish but I prefer to have english voices and keep spanish text, that would be a great addition for all available languages, I'm not sure if this feature is abailable in consoles since I only have PC.
