Changing a Lost Email Address

I apologize for reaching out from a different account. I play Apex on the Nintendo Switch, but I’ve lost the email address associated with my account and can’t log in to my EA account. In this situation, is it possible to change my EA email address and password using only the Apex information I have on hand? I can log in to Apex itself. If I can’t set up two-factor authentication or change my device, I won’t be able to continue playing with the same account once the service ends in August.

If you no longer have access to the email address registered to an EA account, you'll want to reach out to our support team directly so they can help update those account details.
