Character idea

Hi, I would really love to have a female character with a dragon named Luna or violet the dragon at least has to be big enough that it can carry her for gliding optionally when jumping, I drew a picture of the idea but I don’t know how to get it on here so I’ll try to describe it, her main color theme is purple and gold or silver, she kind of has a whimsical style mixed with leather top and jeans, I would like the zipper on her top to have sort of a dragon belly look to it and I want her shoulders to be open, like with slits on the shoulders and a hood I would like her to have a crooked belt on her waist with wing- ish shaped knives and I don’t care what her shoes look like as long as it matches the style I would like the sleeves of her top to fit kind of loose and have nice cuffs at the bottom that are fitted to her arms with diamond shaped transparent spots on her sleeve, she has dirty blonde hair with long bangs and a high wavy wispy pony tail and her eyes are green her powers would be based around her dragon breathing fire at people and joining the battle for a certain amount of time- oh and can she have cool stud and ring earrings with amethyst on them please?, whatever minor tweaks you need to make are fine as long as she and her dragon are pretty and fierce and please don’t give her an annoying voice, I also picture her around lifelines age, thank you!
