Circle damage increase feedback thread UPDATED June14.

UPDATE    We've adjusted circle damage in Elite Queue. After letting the original change marinate for a couple days we agree with the feedback that the first circle damage is a bit too aggressive...

@EA_David It’s way way way too much damage! Especially for just the first one.
