Circle damage increase feedback thread UPDATED June14.

UPDATE    We've adjusted circle damage in Elite Queue. After letting the original change marinate for a couple days we agree with the feedback that the first circle damage is a bit too aggressive...

@EA_David I agree with this change, the point of a battle royal is for the ring to be a deterrent and it should keep people in check. If you want to run into it you should have to be efficient about it.
