Circle moving too fast

Any word on when this bug will be fixed? It's not super common (that I've seen) but I have seen it happen several times where the ring moves way too fast (faster than Octane with his boost). I haven't seen anyone else say anything about it so I was just curious if anyone has heard anything regarding this.

Simply because the ring has too end the same time on both sides.
f.e : if a next ring's bottom almost touches the ring before, the bottom almost doesnt move, BUT the ring top has too move alot faster too still close at the same time as the bottom.
Not sure if you understand what im saying, it is hard too explain.
example: the red zone/arrows have to close alot faster than the green zone/arrow, too end at the same time.

@Psykotiq It definitely moves to quickly. It's made even worse by the fact that loot distribution on this map is absolutely horrible. Some rounds finding medical kits and syringes is down right impossible. If you're dropped on the far side of the map you'll only survive if you start running for circle immediately and don't run into any other teams. If you get into a few battles, you're almost certainly doomed.

You can't just run across this map. There is to much garbage that you have to climb or go around. Now because you can't run faster then the storm, if you get caught up in it for what ever reason, you're doomed.

It's stupid. The ring should not be killing people in the first 2 rounds, it should simply be forcing people to converge into the inner circles. Let people run faster then the ring.
