"client failed an anti-cheat runtime integrity check" every time i try and play apex, even in firing range. this is a huge issue for me as ive done every answer to this error ive found on the interne...

This exact thing fixed the issue for me. I also uninstalled PS Remote Play, Raw Accel, and Autosofted Auto Keyboard, now the game runs without issue for me.
