Closest Server SC has over 100+ ping yet its only me?

I'm wondering why all of a sudden my closest servers (South Carolina) or some reason is just being completely terrible as of late. No matter which one of the three data centers I switch to my ping sky rockets immediately when the game starts, stuttering unbearable, lagging bullets, you know how it is with ping with it shoots up. ping is always around the 30's for me, on a bad day i've seen it hit 60 but this whole week has been nothing but 80ms or more, usually 100ms+. Everyone else in the lobby is beaming me down and I don't even know I'm down yet because I'm still stuttering and warping everywhere. It says my ping should be between 22ms-59ms and that definitelyis not the case. I DO UNDERSTAND THAT IT CAN BE ISP. I would like to be clear that I understand about throttling and how ISP can be the cause of it, that can not be the case because I pay much more than the average person for greater bandwidth and speed even though I only have 3 devices hooked to my Internet. It can not be my ISP so why have my main servers become so high pinged for me and yet everyone else is running fine? or a select few of us in the lobby are experiencing high ping and others are not. Either way I'd like someone to explain any possibilities that this could be. Could it be that my teammates were connecting from outside there servers and causing me to get high ping? If so does that mean I've been getting paired up with only those connecting outside there main servers for a whole week? And lastly if a teammate is going to bring in high ping that affects my game play why am I suffering for it if that is the case? Honestly I'd like some logical reasoning so I can just know its not some random dumb stuff you know? nothing perfect, doesn't mean we can't know why. Thanks.
