@GypsyKaijuIt does sound like an issue with your game installation. Or some settings, to be honest.
I guess verifying the game files would be one way to see if there are any faulty files in your installation. Or a complete re-install of the game. I also heard there are apparently some issues with the latest patch. How true that is or not I cannot tell you, since I don't have these issues myself.
What could also help is seeing if your network might cause problems. You could restart your router for one. If that doesn't work, you can type into the windows search bar 'ipconfig /renew' and 'ipconfig /flushdns' and hit enter with both - that often gets rid of common network problems. Both are commands that both clear the dns cache and refresh the network connection.
Lastly, check your firewall if any incoming and outgoing connections are blocked for both Apex Legends and EAC.
If none of this works, I recommend sending a support ticket and have your account checked for any issues.
Kind regardshow do i verify my installation packs? I havent tried that yet, but i have tried clearing my dns as you mentioned but the results were still the same
- @GypsyKaiju Depending on what platform you play, you should be able to right-click the game in the launcher (Either Steam or Origin) and it should give you the option to verify the game integrity. I'm not entirely sure if that's how it works on Origin, since last time I used origin was quite a while ago, but in Steam it's as simple as right clicking the game, properties, then game files and then "check game files for error" or something like that. It doesn't take long, but should it find faulty data, it will re-download the data.
