Compensation for errors

I haven't been able to play Apex properly for the past month. I was given errors related to Respawn servers, but what can I say, errors still appear to this day. On the Internet, I found information that people who had these errors were given compensation, BUT I DID NOT RECEIVE IT!!! Please deal with my problem.

@Vaiker0K Are you sure you was effected? Because on their side of things they see exactly who was and wasn't. Also if you couldnt log in for a month and still having problems logging in what good is the compensation if you cant log in to claim it? I smell something fishy as others who was seen on their system of not being able to log in with their very own logs was or will see compensation in the future.
