Console limited video options

@lDawindl It’s pretty rare for console to have advanced video options like on PC. There’s exceptions of course but since PC has always been more scaleable devs don’t prioritize the same options for console which is usually just tied to a certain PC preset.

While next gen consoles have allowed some breathing room in this area, I still don’t really see it much across the board and agree that having more options akin to PC would benefit performance and user preference.
