Controller on PC

Im not sure about all of the settings available for console that are not available on pc but I watch Staycation all the time on youtube and on PS4 He had settings to change scope sensitivitys and stuff and none of those are available for me on pc and on a video he tried playing controller on pc and kept saying something was different (aim assist) he still kicked * but could tell it was alittle different than normal and I was just wanting controller on pc to have all the settings available for console players, settings will only apply to controller because it has limited movement with sticks compared to mouse/keyboard players with full range ive always played with controller except for a period where the controller broke and I was better at aiming but I just am awful at movement so lost all fights at close range while on controller i can move better but sometimes suck at aiming lol so its a trade off but I just feel like Controller should have all benefits of a console players settings before someone tells me to just play on console i still have xbox 360 and ps2 ._. I dont play console anymore obviously

Im assumming the reason the settings are not the same is because of hackers but people are using aim bots everyday and hacking all of the time so why not make the fights more fair when playing against hackers people are going to hack no matter what so might aswell add the settings im sure others are more used to controllers other than myself and would rather play with controller than on pc fortnite has aim assist and people still lose to pc players so it dosn’t hurt?

if i remember correctly the scopes had different sensitivitys based on zoom levels that alone would be useful without the aim assist benefit, im only talking about these 2 because i don’t know all the differences between the 2 platforms
