After playing this game for some time and even after having purchased the premium plus purchasing coins, I find it very frustrating and disheartening that the value of crafting materials does not significantly accumulate in a timely manner so that you can unlock legendary skins. I think this is a serious oversight and really unfair to the dedicated fans of the game. my request is that serious consideration is giving to increasing the value of the crafting materials.
They only can randomly from chests that cost money. You get a pathetic amount from the random boxes. Legendary gives 600 only. Most items cost 1200.

To add on that i live in Belgium so apex Packs forbidden to buy here it would be nice to see ways to earn it without the levelling system as i can only receive 45 in total.
So after opening a couple apex packs, I started to wonder if there was a way to more efficiently use the crafting metals you can get. At first thought, you would obviously want to save up and purchase a desired skin or cosmetic. Though if we were to purchase several common tier cosmetics instead, that would remove them from the pool of available items in the packs and thus give us a higher chance of rare items instead right? And if that wasn't true, theoretically, at some point the only common you'll be able to get would be more crafting metals for higher tier loot. Or is my way of thinking flawed? This is just a random thought I had and I'm not sure how valid it is. I'd love to hear you guys thoughts
Why is there an extreme lack of crafting material?
The team that works on Apex really needs to lower the prices on carfting metals. I'm level 43 and barely have 1095 carfting material. I have a friend thats the same level and has way less he only has 155 something like that. Point is it's to damn hard to get crafting metals from these Apex packs. When in reality you're not even guaranteed crafting metals. I put in about $20 in the game just to see if I can get more crafting material and i barely made about 150 around there. Thats bull how everything in the game you have to craft. Banners,trackers,quips, just about everything in the game is crafting metals. I have 13200 of legend tokens and I have no use for it. Either try and lower the prices on what it takes to achieve some these things or just have more of it in the Apex packs. I think the game is great and I put in a good amount of time on the game when i got it. About anytime i get the chance I play. I like to try and grind for my rewards but with all this crafting metals it makes it almost impossible. You really have to be putting in hours in and have some luck to get crafting. It shouldn't be like that reward the low levels with low tier items and higher levels reward them with dang crafting metals or something I really don't know how but it needs to be fix and i'll be surprised if I'm the only one with this issue and if your really telling me I have to out in $100 just to get it then that's just SAD. FIX CRAFTING METAL!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've been stuck at 5-600 crafting materials for the longest time... I've gotten two Rares, but the rest are Commons. I was thinking about how many crates I'd have to open just to get enough CM to buy a Legendary Skin... it's sickening! I mean, I love grinding for stuff in-game, but this feels a bit too much. I've bought two Legendary Skins for my main as a personal choice, and I got one for Bangalore out of the Tier 83 crate. Other than that, what am I grinding for?? I just feel like the whole rewards/Store system needs a fresh take. I can't even use my Legend Tokens for anything unless I PAY for something first... That's kind of backwards, too. There shouldn't be such a narrow way to get Crafting Materials when there's so much you can spend it on. Just my thoughts.

Yes and I am fortunate to have 2 legendary skins. One for Bangalore, which came from the Premium Pass I purchased and I earned another for Pathfinder when I signed up for the twitch prime promotion. However I don't have the one I would like to have and that is what makes the difference. I have friends who have none and have played as long as I have and are so frustrated by this. I suggested in another thread some ideas on how to earn more crafting metals and there were some good suggestions. It comes down to having an adequate reward system for those who are grinding away at the game and don't want to have to pay a lot of money for these things.
