Crashing in Queue

Hello, so ever since this last season has came out me and my sister both crash almost every single time we try to Queue up together. We play Xbox and we’ve never had this problem before. It  doesn’t make me crash as much as if I was playing by myself but with when we try to play together it ALWAYS happens. It’s made my favorite game unplayable
