Crossplay ruined Matchmaking

After crossplay dropped I have experienced the absolute worst time trying to get into a game. Servers has crashed twice since the aftermarket event dropped. Please do something about this ASAP! Don’t want to see you guys loose support. 

The game is broken ever since the aftermath and cross play update. Constant timed outs, the worst thing now is I can't even get into a game  crossplay on or off it's not working. If you don't fix the game soon you will lose a lot of players. I love this game but it's disheartening when this stuff happens, I was thinking of buying the new caustic skin but I don't think I will if this gamr is always having problems like it has been the past couple of seasons. 

Yesterday it still worked 'kinda' fine but since today I can't find any match even if crossplay is on or off.
Since Aftermath dropped there has been nothing but problems like errors,rendering glitches, not going back to lobby.
Is this the kind of quality you guys going to keep providing?

@Mraverage1000Let me guess they are aware of the problem and it will be resolved as soon as possible.... well lucky for us last time with the no hit reg that only took 9 days. 

So fixing matchmaking will probally take 5 more seasons

I wanted to give everyone an update here:

I was able to get some matches finally.  Here's the thing.  I was joined to the St. Louis server, which at first complained that the server was full, but then let me in on the second attempt. 

I fixed it by switching to one of the Iowa servers.

My take-away here is that the St. Louis server is having some serious issues, whether due to the patch, or being overloaded with players, who knows.

I also noticed on my list of servers to ping to that since this update, Iowa (3 separate ones) was added, but not faster (even though closer to home) and I would think that having a ping of  <40mbs that my main lobby shouldn't be lagging character movements and getting disconnected.

This is a known issue and a fix is coming shortly.

My main issue with this is that Apex went live with the cross platform, live with the new game mode and STILL took 9 hours to say... "We're aware of issues, blah, blah, blah" when people were talking about this for hours before and no communication.

Many people were frustrated earlier this season with TTK things and other QoL problems and if the new season in 30+ days doesn't fix or add enough to the pool, individuals will move from this to other games and not want to trust EA or their BR interface.

The best companies that deal with these issues are transparent, quick and do hotfixes or other changes ASAP and not take hours upon hours to just say "we're aware of this..."  It should be addressed with removal of implementations that were made... THEN slowly add them back in to see what changes over a certain amount of time.
