This would prevent shield swaps. It's often necessary to swap shields mid fight.

Been wanting and hoping after the end of his first season release and after ☹️

My Idea was that Crypto can deploy his tactical like throwing an arc-star and being able to activate it mid-air like Loba's tactical. 

I think it improves crypto's positioning so he can stay closer to his teammates and deploy the drone in front of him.

It also buffs his ult because he can use it as an emp grenade.

Respawn seems to be receptive towards a Crypto buff, so I wanted to give some suggestions after playing him for time:

[-] Allow Crypto, when he's in possession of his Drone, to deploy the Drone without operating it by pressing (H) 
- This will allow Crypto to have more options to make use of his drone without having to operate it. Some instances this will be useful are: ⚽ allowing Crypto to emp without having to waste time operating the drone in close range fights, 🏈 reduce stress on Cryptos to operate drone mid-fight to give information while retaliating, 🏀 if Crypto is infiltrating a building, he could for example make a jump, press (H), to put the drone out in mid-air, and run into the building, allowing Crypto to gather info on tap outside the building. 

[-] Banner Scanning to reveal the teams within 200m radius of Crypto; The radius will now be shown on the team's map for 5 seconds after the scan

- This will help team's be able to understand what the radius is when Crypto drone scans for teams. Currently, people don't understand when a team is in 200m of Cryptos Banner scan unless it's blatantly pointed with a ping by scouting more or that the banner scan is within 200m of where Crypto is standing. Giving the scan radius of Crypto on the map will allow teams to know exactly what to look for and be more aware of their surroundings.

[-] Crypto EMP interrupts (enemy) self healing and revives
- I know this is on Seer's Tactical right now, but it makes more sense to have it on Crypto's ultimate. This will allow the EMP to be more effective against opponents. Currently, enemies can rez teammates with no fear of the EMP or popping a Battery while the emp is happening to restore the shields they would have lost. By interrupting heals/revives, the EMP will have more utility against teams in a drawn out fight rather than only be useful for initiating a fight. 

I was discussing Crypto with a buddy and had an idea for a buff I think is decent. So instead of just being able to control the drone, user is able to ping a location for it to hover (limited distance) and have a cooldown for when it can be recalled and/or entered again. This would enable a faster paced playstyle for Crypto in certain situations while being balanced so they can't spam the hell out of it.
