Crypto drone health

Fix how much health Crypto's drone has. Its far too much at the moment. Or lower the range of its EMP.

@Arkuos16 could that have also been due to the no-reg issue? I won't deny that it's bugged if it's bugged but There could be other explanations.

@Condor442 Nope, its happened pretty much ever since the health was upped.

@Arkuos16 Well I guess I can't deny it's existence. I can only speak for what I see and experience and I've never had this issue myself. If it is an issue, I'm sure the devs are looking at it. Otherwise, it could potentially be internet issues or just straight missing. who knows.
