@anotherrandom56 It's doesn't necessary mean someone can disable others abilities if they are hackers, On top of that it makes perfect sense for Revenant to have the ability to silence enemies because that fits with the rest of his abilities.

I agree, although a lot of Revenant’s abilities don’t really make sense. The Silence doesn’t really have the same theme as his other abilities, but it works.
